UPDATED 07/10/23 10:26 — Tamra Keepness was last seen on July 5, 2004, at approximately 10:30 p.m. Tamra was just 5 years old, and was last seen at her home in Regina, SK. Extensive searches of the area and investigation have failed to locate any trace of Tamra.
