On the 3rd of April, 1993, Kevin Charles was last seen in the early morning hours in the small community where he resided at Chitek Lake, SK. Investigation revealed he was residing with Mary Goodfellow, 67 years old, and she too was missing.
Kevin has a birth mark on left upper arm and a scar on right side of his forehead.
